UNDER A PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY GOVERNOR JERRY BROWN, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES ACROSS THE STATE WOULD BE DISESTABLISHED BY JULY 1ST, AND THE RDA MONEY WOULD BE REDISTRIBUTED TO OTHER AREAS. EACH SCENARIO HAS ITS OWN PROS AND CONS, AND EACH WILL BE DISCUSSED AT A SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 6 PM WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT THE UKIAH CONFERENCE CENTER.
