NGUYEN ALLEGEDLY SLID HIS HANDS UNDERNEATH HER PANTS RUBBING THE INSIDE OF HER THIGH. WHEN QUESTIONED BY POLICE, NGUYEN ADMITTED TOUCHING THE VICTIM IN A SEXUAL NATURE AND WAS BOOKED INTO MENDOCINO COUNTY JAIL.

FIRE INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE THAT WEDNESDAYS APARTMENT FIRE ON VILLAGE CIRCLE IN UKIAH IS VERY SUSPICIOUS.

THE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN HIGHWAY 53 AND OLD HIGHWAY 53 IN BOTH DIRECTIONS MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY (JUNE 24 26) FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. THE CLOSURE WILL BE IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM WITH DETOURS PROVIDED.
