WORK CREWS IN UKIAH HAVE BEGUN THE PROCESS OF MOVING ARIEL UTILITY LINES TO THEIR NEW HOME UNDERGROUND.

THE PROJECT THAT WAS FIRST APPROVED BY THE UKIAH CITY COUNCIL JUST OVER 30 YEARS AGO IS DESIGNED TO RELOCATE POWER, CABLE TV AND PHONE LINES INTO UNDERGROUND CONDUIT VAULTS ALONG PERKINS STREET. THE MOVE IS INTRICATE IN NATURE, AS THE POWER WILL REMAIN ON DURING THE YEAR-LONG RELOCATION OF THE CABLES. COMCAST AND AT&T HAVE AGREED TO PAY FOR APPROXIMATELY HALF OF THE PROJECT, WITH THE REMAINING FUNDING COMING FROM THE ELECTRIC UTILITY AND PARTIALLY FUNDED BY THE STREET LIGHTING FUND. THE PROJECT IS SLATED FOR COMPLETION NO LATER THAN JANUARY OF 2016.

GANG MEMBER ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES (LAW) JB 2/13/15

A WARRANT SEARCH IN UKIAH LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A KNOWN GANG MEMBER ON DRUG CHARGES.

UKIAH POLICE ASSISTED THE MENDOCINO MAJOR CRIMES TASK FORCE ON WEDNESDAY WITH THE SERVICE OF A SEARCH WARRANT AT AN ADDRESS ON NORTH OAK STREET. AS OFFICERS ENTERED THE RESIDENCE, SEVERAL PEOPLE FLED OUTSIDE, BUT WERE SOON DETAINED, INCLUDING KNOWN GANG MEMBER 34-YEAR-OLD JOEL BARAJAS. A SEARCH OF THE RESIDENCE REVEALED OVER 2 OUNCES OF METHAMPHETAMINE AND OVER 20 POUNDS OF MARIJUANA, BOTH PACKAGED FOR SALE. BARAJAS WAS ARRESTED ON POSSESSION FOR SALE WITH A GANG ENHANCEMENT AND BOOKED INTO THE MENDOCINO COUNTY JAIL.

HIT AND RUN IN FORT BRAGG (LAW) JB 2/13/15

A 17 YEAR OLD FORT BRAGG TEEN WAS ARRESTED AFTER ALLEGEDLY HITTING A PEDESTRIAN WITH HIS TRUCK AND THEN FLEEING THE SCENE.

FORT BRAGG POLICE OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH MAIN STREET AND EAST REDWOOD AVENUE ON TUESDAY TO THE REPORTED ACCIDENT. A 46 YEAR OLD FORT BRAGG WOMAN AT THE SCENE STATE THAT, AS SHE WAS CROSSING THE STREET, SHE WAS STRUCK BY SOMEONE DRIVING A RED FORD RANGER PICKUP THAT FLED FOLLOWING THE ACCIDENT. THE TRUCK WS LOCATED BY A MENDOCINO COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPUTY ON SOUTH LINCOLN STREET AND THE DRIVER, A 17 YEAR OLD BOY, WAS ARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN INJURY ACCIDENT AND DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE.

NONPROFIT GROUP BIDS FOR UKIAH ANIMAL SHELTER (PI) JB 2/13/15

A PETALUMA NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION HAS MADE AN UNSOLICITED BID FOR THE MENDOCINO COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER.

ACCORDING TO THE UKIAH DAILY JOURNAL, THE PETALUMA ANIMAL SERVICES FOUNDATION HAS EXPRESSED INTEREST IN TAKING OVER OPERATIONS OF MENDOCINO COUNTY ANIMAL CARE SERVICES. THE FOUNDING DIRECTOR OF THE ORGANIZATION SENT AND UNSOLICITED LETTER TO THE COUNTY CEO, CITING A GROUP OF CONCERNED VOLUNTEERS FROM THE ANIMAL SHELTER AND OTHER COUNTY CITIZENS WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED THE NONPROFIT GROUP REGARDING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SHELTER. THE PROPOSAL STATES THAT THERE WOULD BE NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE COUNTY FOR THE FOUNDATIONS SERVICES. THE GROUP CURRENTLY PROVIDES SIMILAR SERVICES TO SHELTERS IN PETALUMA, HEALDSBURG AND CLOVERDALE.

JURY CLEARS HELLS ANGELS IN KONOCTI CASINO FIGHT (LAW) JB 2/13/15

JURORS IN LAKE COUNTY HAVE ACQUITTED SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE HELLS ANGELS OF CHARGES FROM A 4 YEAR OLD ASSAULT CASE.

THREE MEMBERS OF THE SONOMA COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE HELLS ANGELS, INCLUDING THE CHAPTERS VICE-PRESIDENT WERE CLEARED OF FELONY ASSAULT AND GANG CHARGES STEMMING FROM A 2011 BRAWL WITH A RIVAL GANG AT KONOCTI VISTA CASINO. THE JURY DID FIND TWO OF THE MEMBERS GUILTY OF MISDEMEANOR ASSAULT CHARGES, BUT REJECTED A GANG ALLEGATION. THE THREE MEN WERE ORIGINALLY CHARGED IN THE ASSAULT OF TWO RIVAL GANG MEMBERS AT A TATTOO CONVENTION HELD AT THE CASINO.

POTTER VALLEY ROAD PROJECT MOVING FORWARD (TR) JB 2/13/15

PLANS FOR A ROAD WORK PROJECT ON EAST SIDE POTTER VALLEY ROAD CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD.

THE UKIAH DAILY JOURNAL REPORTED THAT THE MENDOCINO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IS I THE PROCESS OF FINALIZING PLANS WHICH WOULD CALL FOR THE LONG-AWAITED WIDENING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF EAST SIDE POTTER VALLEY ROAD. FOR THE PROJECT TO MOVE FORWARD, THE COUNTY MUST ACQUIRE RIGHTS TO PORTIONS OF PROPERTIES FROM AT LEAST 80 LANDOWNERS ALONG THE PLANNED WORK AREA FROM MILE MARKER 2.42 TO 6.42 IN POTTER VALLEY. ALTHOUGH A GOOD PORTION OF THE AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN REACHED, THE DEPARTMENT STATED THAT IT IS STILL SEEKING AGREEMENTS WITH 32 LANDOWNERS.

LAKEPORT COUNCIL TO REPAY FOR POLICE BUILDING (GOV) JB 2/13/15

THE LAKEPORT CITY COUNCIL HAS APPROVED AN AGREEMENT FOR REPAYMENT OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE COSTS OF BUILDING A NEW POLICE HEADQUARTERS.

A NEW HOME FOR THE POLICE IN LAKEPORT IS ON THE WAY AND THE LAKEPORT CITY COUNCIL RECENTLY TOOK STEPS TO REIMBURSE THE CITYS GENERAL FUND FOR THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING PROJECT. THE CITY COUNCIL RECENTLY APPROVED A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PAY SELECTED GENERAL FUND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE PURCHASE AND RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING ON SOUTH MAIN STREET. THE CITY IS PURSUING A DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE RURAL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY FACILITIES LOAN TO REPAY THE EXPENDITURES FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE POLICE HEADQUARTERS, WITH THE RESOLUTION COVERING JUST OVER $1 MILLION IN EXPENSES.

R.V. MAN CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER (LAW) JB 2/12/15

A REDWOOD VALLEY MAN IS IN CUSTODY CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER AFTER A RESIDENTIAL INCIDENT IN POTTER VALLEY.

MENDOCINO COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO AN ADDRESS ON VAN ARSDALE ROAD IN POTTER VALLEY TUESDAY EVENING TO THE REPORT OF A DANGEROUS SITUATION. A 55-YEAR-OLD FEMALE RESIDENT STATED THAT SHE CAME HOME TO FIND 32-YEAR-OLD EUGENE PETERSON INSIDE HER HOME. PETERSON BECAME CONFRONTATIONAL WITH THE WOMAN AS SHE TRIED TO SPEAK WITH HIM AND SHOWED THE WOMAN THAT HE WAS ARMED WITH A HANDGUN. WHEN THE WOMANS 56-YEAR-OLD HUSBAND ARRIVED AT THE HOME AND CONFRONTED PETERSON, THE SUSPECT FIRED SEVERAL SHOTS TOWARDS MAN AND DRAGGED THE WOMAN BACK IN THE HOUSE. SHE STRUGGLED WITH PETERSON TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE GUN AND DURING THE STRUGGLE, THE HUSBAND TACKLED PETERSON AND RESTRAINED HIM. WHEN DEPUTIES ARRIVED ON SCENE, THEY ARRESTED PETERSON ON MULTIPLE CHARGES INCLUDING ATTEMPTED MURDER AND BOOKED HIM INTO THE MENDOCINO COUNTY JAIL WITH HIS BAIL SET AT $250,000.

MARIJUANA WATERSHED ACT INTRODUCED (GOV/EVR) JB 2/12/15

A NEW BILL AIMED TO ADDRESS THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA CULTIVATION HAS BEEN INTRODUCED TO THE STATE ASSEMBLY.

THE MARIJUANA WATERSHED PROTECTION ACT, LISTED AS ASSEMBLY BILL 243, WAS INTRODUCED BY CALIFORNIA ASSEMBLYMAN JIM WOOD. THE BILL IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO ERADICATE MEDICAL MARIJUANA FARMS, RATHER IT IS ABOUT ESTABLISHING A REASONABLE PERMITTING AND REGULATORY PROCESS. AB 243 WOULD AFFECT ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, THE USE OF WATER AND WATER DISCHARGES FROM MEDICAL MARIJUANA FARMS INTO WATER SYSTEMS, SEEKING TO MITIGATE THE IMPACT OF THE CROP ON THE STATES WATER QUALITY AND SUPPLY.

LAKE MENDOCINO IMPROVEMENT BILL REINTRODUCED (EVR) JB 2/12/15

A BILL TO IMPROVE OPERATIONS AT LAKE MENDOCINO AND THE COYOTE DAM WAS INTRODUCED AGAIN THIS WEEK.

ACCORDING TO THE UKIAH DAILY JOURNAL, LEGISLATION DESIGNED TO CHANGE HOW COYOTE VALLEY DAM IS OPERATED BY THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS WAS REINTRODUCED THIS WEEK BY REP. JARED HUFFMAN. HUFFMAN STATED THAT CORPS OPERATES MANY OF ITS RESERVOIRS ON OUTDATED AND OBSOLETE WATER CONTROL MANUALS, SOME OF WHICH ARE AS MUCH AS 60 YEARS OLD. THE BILL HUFFMAN INTRODUCED WOULD HELP THE CORPS UPDATE THESE MANUALS BASED ON THE LATEST ATMOSPHERIC SCIENCE AND WEATHER FORECASTING. WITH THIS INFORMATION, THE CORPS CAN DETERMINE IF THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO OPERATE THE RESERVOIR TO MEET IMPORTANT NEEDS LIKE EXPANDED WATER STORAGE, BETTER FLOOD CONTROL, OR IMPROVED CONSERVATION EFFORTS.

FINLEY MAN ARRESTED FOR MURDER OF COUSIN (LAW) JB 2/12/15

AUTHORITIES IN LAKE COUNTY HAVE ARRESTED A FINLEY MAN FOR THE MURDER OF HIS COUSIN IN KELSEYVILLE.

69-YEAR-OLD SALVADOR GUZMAN WAS ARRESTED EARLIER THIS WEEK AND CHARGED WITH THE MURDER OF HIS COUSIN, 78-YEAR-OLD MANUEL GUZMAN. THE VICTIM WAS FOUND LYING DEAD OUTSIDE HIS VEHICLE IN AN ORCHARD NEAR SCULLY PACKING COMPANY SUNDAY EVENING AND DEPUTIES FOUND THAT HE HAD SHARP FORCE INJURIES TO THE CHEST AND ABDOMEN. DEPUTIES DETERMINED THAT THE VICTIM HAD LEFT KONOCTI VISTA CASINO SUNDAY EVENING AND CASINO PERSONNEL AIDED DETECTIVES IN IDENTIFYING A POSSIBLE SUSPECT. SALVADOR GUZMAN WAS ARRESTED AT LAKESIDE COUNTY PARK AND BOOKED INTO THE LAKE COUNTY JAIL ON MURDER CHARGES WITH A NO BAIL STATUS.

SONOMA COUNTY SHERIFF TRYING TO ID DEAD WOMAN (LAW) JB 2/12/15

THE SONOMA COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE IS ASKING FOR THE PUBLICS HELP IN IDENTIFYING A WOMAN WHOSE BODY WAS RECOVERED FROM THE OCEAN OVER THE WEEKEND.

SONOMA COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPUTIES, STATE PARK RANGERS AND LOCAL FIRE PERSONNEL RESPONDED TO AN AREA IN JENNER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE MOUTH OF THE RUSSIAN RIVER TO THE REPORT OF THE DEAD BODY. THE WOMANS BODY HAD BEEN IN THE WATER FOR AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF TIME, MAKING IDENTIFICATION MORE DIFFICULT. SHE IS DESCRIBED AS A WHITE FEMALE, BETWEEN 20-35 YEARS OLD, APPROXIMATELY 5-2, WEIGHING ABOUT 100 POUNDS AND DRESSED IN YOGA CAPRIS, BROWN TEVA BOOTS AND HIKING SOCKS. ANYONE WITH INFORMATION IS ASKED TO CALL THE SONOMA COUNTY SHERIFF AT 565-2185.

POMO INVESTOR EXPECTS CONSTRUCTION IN 30 DAYS (ECN) JB 2/12/15

AN INVESTOR IN THE PLANNED PINOLEVILLE MEDICAL MARIJUANA GROWING OPERATION EXPECTS CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY TO BEGIN IN 30 DAYS.

THE UKIAH DAILY JOURNAL REPORTED THAT ONE OF THE MAJOR PLAYERS IN THE PROPOSED PINOLEVILLE POMO NATIONS MEDICAL MARIJUANA GROWING FACILITY SAID HE EXPECTS CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT TO BEGIN IN ABOUT 30 DAYS, DESPITE A RECENT MEETING WITH MENDOCINO COUNTY SHERIFF TOM ALLMAN, WHO HAS SAID THE OPERATION WOULD BE ILLEGAL. EVEN THOUGH ALL PARTIES AGREED TO HOLD OFF ON THE PROJECT, THE PRESIDENT OF FOXBERRY STATED HE HAS BEEN WORKING ON FINAL PRE-DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES, WHICH MAY TAKE ANOTHER 30 DAYS, AND ESTIMATES CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER.

FIRST READING OF POT BAN ORDINANCE IN CLEARLAKE (GOV) JB 2/12/15

THE FIRST READING OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE BANNING CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA IN CLEARLAKE WILL BE HELD BY THE CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL.

THE COUNCIL WILL REVIEW THE PROPOSED 13-PAGE ORDINANCE THAT WILL PROHIBIT THE CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA BY ANYONE IN ALL THE ZONE DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS. THE REQUEST FOR THE ORDINANCE WAS BASED ON ISSUES OF CRIME, HEALTH CONCERNS DUE TO THE USE OF CHEMICALS USED FOR CULTIVATION, AND THE COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH REGARD TO MARIJUANA CULTIVATION. IT HAS BEEN REPORTED THAT SOME OF THE ONLINE FEEDBACK FROM THE SURVEY WAS LOST BY THE CPUC AND NOW THE NORTH BAY NORTH COAST BROADBAND CONSORTIUM IS ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO SUBMIT THEIR INFORMATION AGAIN. CERBERUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT HAS ENTERED INTO DISCUSSIONS TO ACQUIRE DIGITAL FIRST MEDIA, THE COMPANY THAT OWNS THE UKIAH DAILY JOURNAL, WILLITS NEWS AND THE RECORD BEE AMONG OTHERS. DIGITAL FIRST IS THE THIRD-LARGEST NEWSPAPER GROUP IN THE UNITED STATES, PROVIDING 76 DAILY AND 160 WEEKLY PAPERS IN 15 STATES, AND IS VALUED AT APPROXIMATELY $600 MILLION. WATER COMPANY GETS GRANT FOR LUCERNE WATER (PI) JB 2/11/15

THE CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY HAS RECEIVED A GRANT TO HELP MAINTAIN THE WATER SUPPLY IN LUCERNE.

THE STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD HAS AWARDED THE CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY A GRANT OF $136,000 TO IMPROVE THE SOLE WATER SOURCE FOR THE COMPANYS LUCERNE AREA CUSTOMERS. THE GRANT WILL BE USED TO FUND A TWO-PHASE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON CAL WATERS INTAKE PUMP IN CLEAR LAKE. DUE TO THE CURRENT DROUGHT CONDITIONS, THE WATER LEVELS IN THE LAKE WERE GETTING CLOSE TO DROPPING BELOW A LEVEL THAT COULD BE PUMPED EFFECTIVELY BY EXISTING EQUIPMENT. A NEW FLOATING PUMP SYSTEM WILL EVENTUALLY REPLACE THE CURRENT PUMP, ALLOWING FOR FLUCTUATION OF LAKE LEVELS.

NORTH COAST VINEYARDS YIELD RECORD CROP (ECN) JB 2/11/15

THE 2014 GRAPE HARVEST IN THE NORTH COAST HAS SET A NEW RECORD, DESPITE BEING SMALLER THAN THE 2013 HARVEST.

ACCORDING TO PRELIMINARY RECORDS RELEASED TUESDAY, THE GRAPE HARVEST LAST FALL BY GROWERS IN NAPA, SONOMA, MENDOCINO AND LAKE COUNTIES YIELDED A RECORD CROP WORTH $1.45 BILLION. THE NEARLY 530,000 TONS OF GRAPES HARVESTED WERE ALMOST 7 PERCENT LESS THAN PICKED IN 2013, BUT PRICE INCREASES FOR GRAPES IN NAPA AND SONOMA COUNTIES MADE UP FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE VALUE OF THE HARVEST. THE 2014 HARVEST MARKS THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW FOR A RECORD SETTING YIELD IN THE NORTH COAST.

ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, 28 YEAR OLD ROBERT GARDNER WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 20 IN A TEAL HONDA ACCORD THAT ANOTHER DRIVER RECOGNIZED AS REPORTED STOLEN FROM LAKE COUNTY EARLIER THAT MORNING. CHP OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA AND WITNESSED GARDNER DRIVING ERRATICALLY AS HE ATTEMPTED TO PASS A CAR IN FRONT OF HIM, CROSSING THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINE INTO THE PATH OF TWO CARS HEADING EASTBOUND. HE COLLIDED HEAD-ON WITH A NISSAN MURANO DRIVEN BY AN 18 YEAR OLD WOMAN, INJURING BOTH DRIVERS IN THE CRASH. GARDNER WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF DUI AND VEHICLE THEFT.

DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO SCHLAFERS CHEVRON ON MAIN STREET IN MENDOCINO AFTER WITNESSES REPORTED SEEING 19-YEAR-OLD HUNTER GRAHAM ALLEGEDLY SMASH A WINDOW AT THE BUSINESS. GRAHAM REPORTEDLY THEN ENTERED THE BUILDING THROUGH THE BROKEN WINDOW, APPARENTLY STEALING CHIPS, CANDY BARS AND SODA. DEPUTIES EVENTUALLY FOUND GRAHAM, APPARENTLY HEAVILY INTOXICATED, ON LANSING STREET WITH LACERATIONS ON HIS HANDS ON LEGS AND WITH 19 CANDY BARS FROM THE GAS STATION IN HIS JACKET. THE 16 YEAR OLD BOY HAD BEEN LAST SEEN LEAVING CLEAR LAKE HIGH SCHOOL LAST MONDAY MORNING AND, AFTER FAILING TO RETURN HOME, WAS REPORTED MISSING WEDNESDAY MORNING. AN UNKNOWN PERSON WHO SAW THE BOY IN SUTTER CREEK AND RECOGNIZED HIM FROM A POST ON FACEBOOK CONTACTED THE LAKEPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT WHO THEN ALERTED THE SUTTER CREEK POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE AMADOR COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE. POLICE GAVE CHASE AS HUNT DROVE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED THROUGH SEVERAL STREETS IN UKIAH WITH THE PURSUIT FINALLY ENDING AT THE END OF RIDGE ROAD WHERE HUNT WAS APPREHENDED AFTER A FOOT PURSUIT. TWO PEOPLE WERE FLOWN TO REGIONAL TRAUMA CENTERS FOLLOWING A VEHICLE CRASH IN MIDDLETOWN WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

A CONSIDERATION TO MOVE A NO-PARKING ZONE ON WEST CHURCH STREET WILL GO BEFORE THE UKIAH CITY COUNCIL ON WEDNESDAY.

THE REQUEST TO MOVE THE NO-PARKING ZONE ON WEST CHURCH STREET BETWEEN HOPE AND BARNES STREETS FROM THE NORTH SIDE TO THE SOUTH SIDE BETWEEN SPRING AND BARNES WAS BROUGHT TO THE TRAFFIC ENGINEERING COMMITTEE BY TWO RESIDENTS ON THE STREET. THE RESIDENTS EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAVE DIFFICULTY BACKING OUT OF THEIR DRIVEWAYS WHEN VEHICLES ARE PARKED ALONG BOTH SIDES OF WEST CHURCH STREET. CITY STAFF HAS RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF THE CHANGE, DESCRIBING THE STREET AS SERVING PRIMARILY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS WITH LOW TRAFFIC VOLUMES.

CLEARLAKE COUNCIL APPROVES VET HOUSING CONCEPT (GOV) JB 2/4/15

THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF A VETERANS HOUSING PROJECT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL.

THE NEW PROJECT TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS TO RESIDENT VETERANS IS A COLLABORATION OF MULTIPLE AGENCIES INCLUDING THE COUNTY OF LAKE, WHICH GENEROUSLY DONATED 16 ACRES NEAR ST HELENA HOSPITAL CLEAR LAKE FOR USE IN THE PROJECT. VETERANS WOULD BE PROVIDED WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR BOTH COST-EFFECTIVE HOME OWNERSHIP POSSIBILITIES AS WELL AS LEASE OPTIONS ON APARTMENTS. FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT IS ANTICIPATED THROUGH THE PROPOSITION 41 VETERANS HOUSING AND HOMELESS PREVENTION BOND ACT OF 2014.
