The CHP says Bopp was not wearing his seat belt and has major injuries. After being hospitalized he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Marymount California University has reportedly walked away from the Lucerne Castle. Lake County News reports last week university officials abruptly ordered an exit from the facility without giving any notice to students, staff, or Lake County, which owns the building. The School and county had been in talks about low enrollment and were reportedly set to keep talking but county officials and local school employees say they had no idea Marymount was planning to just pull the plug. The Lake County Administrative Officer says the move violates the university’s lease.
